Licence numbers, regulator details and NPI numbers are used only by Soluna staff to verify your listing. They are stored separately from your public listing and are never shown to patients.

Clinicians never get access to patient health records. You only see what a patient chooses to send with a connection request: their first name, an optional message, and — only if they tick a consent box — an expiring, revocable link to a summary they created.
