Placeholder terms. These will be replaced with a reviewed legal document before clinician onboarding opens publicly.

Listings are free. Soluna never pays or charges clinicians per referral or per connection request, and listings are never ranked by payment. If a paid listing option is ever introduced, it will be a flat subscription and will not affect the order in which clinicians appear. Sponsored content, if any, is always labeled.

You confirm that the credentials, licences and practice details you submit are accurate and that you will keep them current. Soluna verifies listings manually and re-verifies them every 12 months; listings whose verification lapses are hidden from patients.

A connection request is a way for a patient to reach your practice. It is not a booking, and it is not an emergency service. Clinical decisions remain entirely with you and the patient.
